In 1987 Pastor Richard accepted the call of God at his high school in Margate, Fl. Little did he know that this would not only affect his life but thousands more.
Since then Pastor Richard has been obeying the calling and plans the Lord has for his life. The Lord called Pastor Richard and his family to a small but growing town known as Palm coast. Not too long after that Pastor Richard moved his family to Palm Coast where they would soon open a church and start fulfilling the call of God. Pastor Richard and Pastor Kim opened (New Way Church) in September of 2006. They started in a Local High school with only nine people, seven of which were his family. Since then they have helped and reached tens of thousands nationally and internationally through outreaches, conferences, etc. Pastor Richard, Pastor Kim, and New Way Church have spent countless hours and finances fulfilling what God has called them to do and they wouldn't have it any other way.
Pastor Richard and Pastor Kim have been training young men and woman how to be faithful servants and believers of God. Teaching them to listen, heed to the calling of the Lord and preaching the Bible to its absolute fullest.
Both Pastors Richard and Kim are sold out to doing whatever God is calling them to do. There isn't any ocean too big or mountain too high; they are dedicated to God, and that's it. Pastor Richard and Pastor Kim want to see lives impacted, and transformed by the presence and Power of God. They deliver the uncompromised word of God holding nothing back. There is a dying world that desperately needs Jesus, and their desire is to make sure they do everything they can to give people a chance to encounter the love of Jesus Christ. Their desire is to see God's creation walking in the fullness of who God has created us to be. There is no limit to God, and what he can do and they want the world to know that.
They believe that God has given each of us a unique gift and calling. And their heart is to help people find their calling and help develop those gifts.
The Summerlin's have dedicated their lives to the Lord and believe that God is going to use them in a major way; they were sent here on a mission and will see to it that it gets done. The Lord chose them for such a time as this, and they are willing. They believe God is preparing them for something amazing and He is getting ready to move as he has never moved before.

The vision for Richard Summerlin Ministries is very plain and clear; to Go, Be, and Do, all that God instructs. We understand that we are are living in the last days and we do not have the time that was afforded to us in the past. We understand and accept the call and mandate on our lives to be the end time voice of truth, to declare Jesus to all, and to be a lifeline to the lost and dying humanity. Together we can obtain this goal. This vision is clear, preaching Jesus without limits and with no gimmicks.
